1. Use

You may use the app privately and non-commercially on your Apple devices. The license is also governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

2. Game coins and unlocks

Game coins, stars, locos, horns and stickers are virtual game items without monetary value. They cannot be paid out, transferred or exchanged. They are lost when you reinstall the app or delete your progress.

3. Availability

We keep developing the app. Content, levels and features may change. There is no claim to particular content or uninterrupted availability.

4. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. In cases of simple negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

5. Copyright

The program code, levels, texts, sounds and the design of the app and this website are protected by copyright (© 2026 Michael Klomfaß, all rights reserved). Copying, passing on and using them in other products requires written permission. Some background images were generated with AI (ChatGPT by OpenAI). Further sources and licenses of fonts and software are available on request.

6. Final provisions

German law applies; mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. If a provision is invalid, the others remain valid.
